Enrich Cultural Life, Enhance Team Work Spirit

On Sep. 7th, 2017, West Hydraulic organized a full-day outdoor team training activities. All staffs of factory headquarters took part in and gained new experience in team cooperation. This kind of enterprise activities is an important part of culture construction.

West Hydraulic believes that staffs are company’s wealth and take it as a responsibility to help employees’ development. Therefore, we always attached great importance to the team construction and enterprise cultural development.

All staffs have had an unforgettable and meaningful day. Some people said that it’s really a good way to enhance our mutual understanding, strengthen communication and cooperation with each other, and also increased team cohesiveness. Through this training, we have realized the purpose of high team work spirit and learned challenge ourselves.
